We'd love to hear from you, whether it's a question, an idea for a game, or something that isn't working. We acknowledge every message within 48 hours.

Before you write

• A purchase didn't arrive? Open Grown-Up Settings → Premium & Purchases and tap Restore purchases. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Asking about a payment? Please include the Google Play order number from your receipt (it starts with GPA.).
• Forgot the grown-up password? On the password screen, tap Forgot password? to see the hint you saved.
• New phone, or reinstalled Gifted? Everything bought with your Google account comes back by itself. If Family backup was on, tap Used Gifted before? Bring back your family on the first screen and use your family code (it can be saved in your Google account) to bring back progress and Crumbs.
• Toastie isn't speaking? Check that the sound switch at the top is on, and that the device isn't on silent.

Privacy requests and grievances

For any request about your or your child's information, including seeing, correcting or deleting it, or for a complaint, write to our Grievance Officer:

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Please never send us card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, OTPs or passwords. We will never ask for them.
